#CurlTalk : I get so many comments and messages asking me how I keep my curls frizz free.
My hair is never a 100 percent frizz free. It’s very hard to get curly hair to look absolutely perfect and now that my hair is super long, there are a lot of dry and dead ends.
But one tip that works for me, is to never touch my hair when it’s drying ❌
So after you finish styling your wet hair with creams and your preferred stylers, leave your hair alone!!!! 🤫
Do not touch it. Let it do it’s thing and be very gentle with it. You don’t wanna disturb it’s curl pattern when it’s drying.
And after your hair is dry, you can add 2-3 drops of a light hair oil and fluff your hair *gently* to scrunch out that crunchy texture your stylers leave behind and you’re good to go 😘
Don’t worry if your hair still doesn’t behave. Dont give up on your hair!
Curls are supposed to have a mind and personality of their own. If you take good care of them and show them some love, they might eventually want to start working with you 🤪

I’ve seen such a big change in my Dadi’s physical and mental health since she started exercising regularly.
There was a time in 2018 when she was very depressed and physically unwell. She was not even able to walk without using a walker for support.
This continued for months and one fine day after everything else failed, my dad started making her exercise along with him every single day.
She was rigid and reluctant at first coz exercising ofcourse seemed impossible to her.
So my dad started making her do exercises that you can do while you’re lying on the bed.
They started with very simple and basic body movements.
Movements that we do when we warm up before a workout session.
She started there.
And here she is today working out with 5kg medicine balls and passing them around like they’re nothing 😎
I wanted to share this for everybody who has grandparents at home. I know it can get difficult to understand them sometimes.
But try your best to be patient with them. Make them feel safe and secure. Show them love and compassion and be there for them.
Sit and have a heart to heart chat with them.
And most definitely make them exercise.
Start doing it with them. Take baby steps 🐾
And you will slowly start to see a change in their vibe ✨
Just keep going and be patient with them.
It’s so inspiring to see my Dadi have this spirit at the age of 76 ❤️
Exercise and good vibes truly are magical. If they can have such a big impact on someone like my Dadi, imagine the kind of impact they can have on all of us 💥
I hope my Dadi’s story inspires us all to never give up on ourselves and to consistently keep working on becoming better and stronger version of ourselves :’)
