Nothings really changed 😁 keeping the child and a certain level of naivety alive in yourself is the toughest and most rewarding practice🧿 we need to cuddle the little child inside all of us once in a while- so tell the mini me inside of you that everything is beautiful and it’s going to be just fine

I felt a deep sadness that I couldn’t hear Chris Cornells voice on a record again 🙁 I spend all evening playing sound garden and audioslave songs – this one takes me back to 16 and falling in love with a voice and writing that would influence me for all the years to come .
