Starting 2021 with an anecdote from my spiritual journey.
I was all of 19 when I first went to Isha Yoga center to learn Inner Engineering. I had the chance to meet Sadhguru and he let me ask him 3 questions. He told me the answer to all my questions was practising Yoga.
Being a naive teenager, my monkey mind judged him and I thought he was up-selling his yogic practices. 🧘🏽
Life went on, with all of its highs and lows, and I realized the power of yoga. I wondered how transformed would I have been if I had taken his advice seriously back then. ☯ Nevertheless it’s the journey that matters!
Exactly 10 years later, I met him today. I think my life has come a full circle and it’s great beginning of conscious living and spirituality. 🕉️🙏🔥

They’re damn right when they say that, because that’s the feeling I get when I’m up on a Trapeze.
Aerial yoga has helped me find and surrender to the flow. As a little girl, I wanted to fly ~ so high. I think now, I’m finding novel ways to make my dreams come true. On the Trapeze, I let go and enjoy the feeling of being free. 🧿
If you’re someone who finds it hard to let go or fear change, you should try aerial yoga. It will help you undo the strings that are holding you back.

New Years Friends’ Gift exchange ~ a forgotten tradition. We brought back the tradition of exchanging gifts and goodwill this year. The idea is not about gaining goodies, it’s the thought one puts into bringing a smile on another person’s face.
Watching people’s face light up when they opened their presents acknowledging the thought behind the gift felt wonderful. This year was twice the treat as the person got someone’s name could make the person dance to their tune. Fun, fun, and more fun.
