.
Mental health is as important as your physical health. It is important to teach kids about this at a very early stage in their lives so that it will help guide them to make the right choices.
Personally, as a person who has been through issues with mental health, I wish I was taught about all of this when I was at school so I would have been better equipped to handle it.
No kid should have to suffer through mental health issues when there is so much that can be taught to guide them to handle it. Let’s come together to make this world a better place for the next generation 🙂
