Apart from giving the back some much-needed stretching & strengthening; it improves the function of the pancreas, stimulates reproductive organs, and opens up the chest, shoulders, & neck. It also helps develop an attitude of self confidence and fearlessness. Perfect start to the week, if you ask me😍

Keeping curious kids entertained even while on a vacation is quite a task. They are always looking for something interesting and fun to do. So, when Viaan suggested we make some gifts for his friends, I was game! I looked up the steps for our DIY mason jars on the new Nokia 2.4 (a gift from one of my dear friends). Despite having fully charged it 2 days ago, it still worked well; and thankfully, also has a screen that’s large enough for us to see without straining our eyes. We had a lot of fun and actually ended up making some really pretty gifts. So, how are you spending this holiday time with your little ones?
