Alice Waters Instagram – I have always loved this poster David Goines made for a Sunday brunch we were serving for about two months in the 80’s. It was hugely popular and my partner Tom Guernsey made omelets in the dining room ! There was even a line around the block. But one Saturday night about midnight Tom asked me if we had to do it anymore. I said no. It was too much. But now we will make a little something delicious “to go”this Wednesday from 9-11 in the courtyard of Chez.
