Home Actress Minka Kelly HD Photos and Wallpapers February 2021 Minka Kelly Instagram - I meditate so my actions arise from the wisdom of heart - Mahatma Gandhi The farther I get away from my meditation practice, the more reactive and restless I become. The more impatient, irritable and emotional I can be. The harder it becomes for me to give someone the benefit of the doubt. To assume their best intentions. I put my dukes up ready to defend when there is no fight. To see the truth and what actually might be happening in a moment. I’m so grateful for my job. I’m also keenly aware that being on location away from home in another country during a pandemic without the option to visit home on a weekend...is a challenge. This scenario along with the news going on back home in the midst of one of the most consequential elections of our lives accompanied by any other challenge you might find yourself in has the potential to cripple you if we don’t remain mindful and pause. To take a moment to be still and breathe. How do we come back when we feel big threats, anxiety and / or wanting something to be different. In between the stimulus and the response, there is a space. And in that space is your power and your freedom. Stop racing. Stop the spinning wheel. Come to rest. Access the space of inner ease which effects all that we touch. Move from reactivity to the space of non-judging balanced presence. Shift from reactivity to presence that allows us to respond from the best of who we are. This meditation helped remind me of these things should you find yourself in a similar cluttered space of resistance. #BelatedWorldMentalHealthDay ❤️🙏🏼

I’m so grateful for my job. I’m also keenly aware that being on location away from home in another country during a pandemic without the option to visit home on a weekend…is a challenge.

In between the stimulus and the response,
there is a space.
