They say “A child gives birth to a mother” So technically I have two birthdays now but for my own mother who was also reborn today along with me “Happy Bday” & also hats off to all moms. I’m literally trying every single day & I think how did u guys do it without any help or full time working spouses not being there to help. Hats off to you & Cheers to all you Mom’s! Happy Birthday to me!
P.S- Best part about this bday is having this munchkin on my lap on my birthday though I was getting ready for a bath tub time but Baby Al wanted mommy so mommy duties precedes.

What a beautiful world we live in !
I love it how we worship all goddesses & touch mothers feet but when a girl is expecting, most of the people expect that the first baby should be a “Boy”, dusra baby can be of whatever gender but first should be Boy.
And if u are blessed with a Baby “Girl” first, then how amazingly some people would pretend to be your well-wishers & remark try again u will get a “Boy” Kyunki ek ladka toh hona chahiye.
I can’t even tell u how badly I wanted my child to be a “Girl” cos I want her to rock not just my world but live her life on her terms in a world(hoping it would change) where gender neutrality is a thing & there’s no more caste colour creed or religion bias. People are kind & want to help each other. But I think just like us, she too will have a long way to get there & take baby steps to make a difference.
IM HAPPY I GOT A GIRL & NO I WILL NOT TRY FOR ANOTHER CHILD JUST TO GET A BOY! GENDER DOESNT MATTER TO ME COS TO ME WHETHER A BOY OR GIRL BOTH WOULD HAVE BEEN IN THE SAME UTERUS & COME OUT THE SAME WAY TO OUR LIVES & MAKE OUR LIFE AWESOME JUST AS BABY AL @alaynasinghshah IS DOING RIGHT NOW!
