10 years. 10 horrifying years of war, torture, war crimes, indescribable inhumanity. 10 years of leaders on all sides, hawk or dove, looking past the absolute horror that has engulfed the lives, THE ACTUAL REAL LIVES OF REAL MEN, WOMEN AND CHILDREN; 10 years of “forever war” bullshit posturing by keyboard simps from the safety of their climate-controlled pulpit and 10 years of empty saber rattling by preening, self obsessed fake tough guys. 10 years. A whole generation of an extraordinary people with an extraordinary history vanquished.
How dare any of us talk about having hope for humanity when we sit and ignore THIS.
