This photo just came up on memories. Made me think. I feel like this picture sometimes. Emotionally battered , tired, anxious, scared, vulnerable .. trying to find the courage to be a strong Mum for my babies. Just like my Mum. Trying to strike a balance. I know people have it MUCH harder , in comparison I am so lucky. But, If like me 2020 has been a bit like this image for you. Happy Mother’s Day to all those celebrating all over the world. Foster Moms and adoptive Moms , moms to animals and carers with no labels , aunties that look after if Mom can’t, and grannies that step in. I said it before on my UK Mother’s Day post but here is a pic of Pamela my beautiful , amazing Mama. She’s holding me up! I miss her everyday and thank God for the blessing of her and her eternal love. I was channeling little Alpha 🤣 being sooooo bald for so long. I don’t have many pics of me as a baby or child and only two with my Mama … But this is a special one. 1977! Hope you are all ok out there today. Sending love and peace and stay safe! 🦋🕯🙏🌸✨

Packing to leave … finding long lost treasures…. a favourite of mine. Sending a huge amount of love out there . I feel teary after such horrific news in the world ( try not to read the news but you have to sometimes right?) and if others feel teary too let’s have a communal cry. Then the little laugh that seems to come after the cry when the snot bubbles and we can’t find a tissue. 🦋❤️🕯🌸
