I’ve had this happen before where the first month I gain muscle because of the workouts . And then it starts going down . I’ve never been this consistent since nyra was born with the workouts so I’m thrilled ! I also have to REPORT to you peeps so I can’t escape this 🤣. šŸ’ŖšŸ¼What I have observed - with intermittent fasting I’ve become so mindful of what I eat . It’s actually been the easiest diet I’ve stuck to . What really helps is working out right before the fasting breaks . I feel It gives the optimum result . I’ll be talking about different fitness regimes with @tapasya.solanki next week . Besides @yogabypramila and badminton I would love to know how to incorporate light easy exercises at home ( I don’t have access to a gym ) but all in all I’m happy I’m sticking to my goal ! Sameera Reddy Instagram – Because I had it hard as a teenager who stammered and was on the heavier side, I will teach my kids to be kind and more tolerant and accepting of all differences. Not everyone is the same .  It was very hard to go beyond the hurtful comments I would receive and I wish I could tell this young girl that she was more than perfect ✨But looking back haven’t we created a world of perfection and high standards to live upto?
