šŖš¼Month 1 Week 3 – my weight is the same 90.6 kg but I have lost an inch on my waist . Iāve had this happen before where the first month I gain muscle because of the workouts . And then it starts going down . Iāve never been this consistent since nyra was born with the workouts so Iām thrilled ! I also have to REPORT to you peeps so I canāt escape this š¤£.
šŖš¼What I have observed – with intermittent fasting Iāve become so mindful of what I eat . Itās actually been the easiest diet Iāve stuck to . What really helps is working out right before the fasting breaks . I feel
It gives the optimum result . Iāll be talking about different fitness regimes with @tapasya.solanki next week . Besides @yogabypramila and badminton I would love to know how to incorporate light easy exercises at home ( I donāt have access to a gym ) but all in all
