Two bunches Methi leaves
5-6 finely diced green chillies
2 tablespoons of dahi
2 tablespoons of oil
1 large tablespoon jeera powder
2/3 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 cups of whole wheat flour
Salt to taste
Finely chop the methi leaves. Soak in cold water for a minute, squeeze and pick them up. In this manner, the mud and other sediments remain in the water. And the leaves come up clean.
To this add all the ingredients and mix well. Add the flour and bind. It should be soft enough to roll.
Roll out 6-7 inch rounds and place them on a hot tawa. Dry roast both sides. Then add oil or ghee and fry well.
Enjoy with all kinds of pickles and dahi.

Easy Peanut Dry chutney
A small teacup of roasted peanuts
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp haldi powder
2 tsp Mirchi powder
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp whole jeera
1 tsp crushed garlic ( optional ) but we love it π
Pound the peanuts till coarse . Add all ingredients and pound till well mixed .
