#AD Colour plays a massive role in our day-to-day lives and has a real impact on our emotions. I’m thrilled to announce I’m fronting @oppomobileuk’s Colour Counsel for their Awaken Colour campaign, which encourages us to embrace the power of colour every day. The Colour Counsel was created to celebrate the launch of the Find X3 Series, of which the Find X3 Pro is the first smartphone capable of capturing and displaying up to a billion colours.
To kick things off – we had a photoshoot at my house, to celebrate all things colour. Having spent so much time at home in the last year, I’ve tried to add touches of colour to promote positivity, from the vibrant décor, to the clothes I wear and my makeup choices. For me, COLOUR = LIFE! I’m all about embracing it through fashion, style, make-up, interiors & now with my new OPPO X3 Pro smartphone that I’ve been using for the last month. It takes the most vibrantly gorgeous photos and has been capturing my everyday memories in vivid colours and a billion shades.
To celebrate the launch of the new phone – and to show my world in true colour – we had a photoshoot at home (captured solely on my OPPO of course!!) and here’s what we came up with!
Be sure to check out the Find X3 Pro for yourself at

The hard hitting human-wildlife conflict truth ( courtesy of @bhazra1979 ).
With traditional habitats being overwhelmed by industrialisation and developments, elephants are forced into dangerous and life threatening situations. @coexistence.story is a new campaign to address the urgent human-wildlife conflict that threatens not only the endangered elephants you see here but also villagers, farmers and their already problematic livelihoods. We can all play our part in coexisting in harmony with Mother Nature @coexistence.story @elephantfamily
⚠️ extremely upsetting (but necessary) images on the slide.
Following an undercover investigation, PETA US have just revealed South African President Cyril Ramaphosa’s hidden connections to and investments in the trophy hunting industry. This is a sick sport for psychopaths and governments who want to line their pockets at the cost of already endanagered species’ lives.
In the past decade, trophy hunters have imported 2,500 animal parts into the UK, including the heads and skins of cheetahs, elephants, lions, hippos, and zebras.
Hunters leave animals bleeding from painful wounds, destroy families, drive species to extinction, and then pretend that their bloodlust is “conservation”. True conservationists are those who work to keep animals alive.
The UK NEEDS to deter hunters from taking part in the killing of animals by banning imports of such trophies, thereby preventing people from bringing their sick souvenirs home. Click the link in my bio to demand that PM #BorisJohnson introduces a ban now!

He’s a whole mood 😂❤️ Happy Love Day from Mr SmooOOoth!
It’s #WorldWildlifeDay and it just happens to fall on the release day of my first @ted talk ‘A Voice for the Voiceless.’
Being the most indecisive person on the planet, I racked my brain for weeks trying to choose a topic for TEDxLIPA… motherhood, my career, the industry, *the trials and tribulations of being the most indecisive person on the planet* (all of which I could happily talk nonstop about!) but I decided to dedicate the platform to our wonderful wildlife and specifically Asian elephants who are in desperate need of our help and protection. As well as preserving these beautiful creatures, I wanted to touch on my new-mum status concerns about the world our children will inherit and why I believe animals play a vital role in their lives. Massive Thankyou to my amazing @archnasawjani for making my TED dreams come true and Molly Glynn at @lipaliverpool for having me be a part of the initiative and a huge thankyou to the @elephantfamily for being one of the main inspirations behind the talk and also providing a number of images throughout. The @coexistence.story migration has begun! Sudeley Castle
For so many women out there, myself included, this week has been traumatising and heart wrenching. Sarah Everard was simply making her way home from a friends house & now she’s gone forever. Following all the ‘rules’ society has laid out for us… she wore bright clothes, sensible shoes, walked down a well lit road whilst making a call to a loved one and all of this being not toooo late at night of course… WHY SHOULD WE HAVE TO DO THIS TO PROTECT OURSELVES?! Women are not the issue here, it’s not women who need to change. The horrific irony that #NOTALLMEN was trending higher than Sarah’s name yesterday screams how unjust our world actually is. How and why does protecting the male ego become a more talked about topic than the death of this innocent woman?! It’s insane!! Yes, of course it’s not ‘all men’ but unfortunately when 97% of women in the UK aged between 18-24 have been sexually harassed every man out there needs to make a conscious point of speaking out.
We want to able to walk home in our own city after sunset and not fear for our safety and in this case, at the cost of this beautiful young woman’s life. Sarah, in your name, we will unite and reclaim the night – a movement that we are still fighting for 40 years on. Rest in peace angel.
