Mary Holland Instagram – The last picture is the first one I ever took of Clea, when we had just started meeting to work on Happiest Season. I love that picture, mostly because Clea is framed so nicely by hot sauces, but it’s also capturing the beginning of a journey. I can’t express how grateful I am to @officialclead for sharing the writing process of @happiestseason with me. The movie is so special, and I’m so proud of & inspired by her for making it, but it’s also how I became friends with one of the most important people in my life. Everyone who’s lucky enough to know Clea or work with her loves her deeply – she is hilarious, kind, giving, honest, supportive, loving, and hilarious. Yes, she deserves being called hilarious twice. And as you can see in this first picture, she’s also an efficient shopper! I could go on and on about how much she means to me and how I am constantly blown away by her talent, but for now I just want to say it loudly for the world to hear… Thank you, Clea. I love you. ❤️
