Do whatever you can to influence whoever is the decisionmaker to transfer Matthew to a full-service hospital. Matthew has underlying conditions including a diagnosis of Autism (Asthma, brain cyst which has been untreated for 2 years, TBI, possible seizures) that increase his risk of complications. Regardless, prison is not the place to treat high-risk COVID patients.
