I have had the pleasure of knowing Vivek sir and being associated with him through the years.
On the professional front, he showed that comedy doesn’t just stop with comedy and could carry a message to the society. His intelligence and keen eye in utilising the media to carry individual and social responsibility is truly inspiring.
On the personal front, a person who has always exuded positivity and warmth, who appreciated talent when he recognized it, someone who practices what he preaches – a few of the many wonderful qualities he possesses. The millions of trees that he’s planted will forever be a reminder of his legacy. He’s been my inspiration for my interest in sustainability towards a better world. Truly a gem.
A huge loss to our industry and a bigger loss to me. We will miss you sir!
