QUICK BACKSTORY: Sooo…
I never met @kokokakez but for years she has liked my posts and/ or leaves positive comments that I happen to see, so I started following her. When I tell y’all this lady ALWAYS got a hustle and on her grind I mean ALWAYS… from selling drinks , to selling dinners, to selling cans of Lysol when NOBODY had none, to collecting toys for unfortunate children, she be tryna make it happen. But she lives in & was only working in the Baltimore area. I told myself when she gets something I can buy that I’m going to support …and here we are on this balcony in this robe with a suitcase of other pretty stuff that I can’t wait to wear. I’ve bought La Perla, Agent Provocateur, and all the other fancy lingerie brands before but none of them felt as special as this – it was the heartfelt note she sent thanking me for my order, for me😍 Moral of the story is -support black-owned business, support your friends, support entrepreneurs… u never know what it takes for them to NOT do something crazy to make ends meet🙏🏽 #RemyMa
