I don’t believe in New Year resolutions.
Jan 2019 – my heaviest at 86+ kgs. Didn’t like the unhealthy person I saw in the mirror. I made no “resolution” to lose weight. I just told myself I would take better care of myself.
August 2020 – touched my lowest weight at 65.3kgs. Loved the person I saw in the mirror as she was so healthy, disciplined and prioritised her well being over anything else!
The year of learning was 2020 and I welcome 2021 with open arms. May this year be the year of health, wealth and mental happiness ✨💕

This year has been a rough year for everyone, not just emotionally, but financially as well. Various businesses took a hit, many establishments shut down and people lost their jobs. Visited my favourite temple – Kuberar Temple (The God of Wealth) located in Rathinamangalam. Prayed that the coming year not only give us good health but wealth as well. The first time I went to this temple I signed several movies the coming year. I pray that I stay busy next year and continue to entertain you all. CHOCOLATE AVOCADO MOUSSE
Sugar free/ Vegan/ Keto
Ingredients :
2 large avocados (@kodaiinabox)
120 g unsweetened chocolate
60g unsweetened cocoa
120ml almond milk (any dairy free milk of choice)
120g sweetener of choice
1/2 tbsp instant coffee
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla essence
1) Add scooped avos to a blender
2) In a microwave safe bowl melt chocolate, salt and cocoa powder
3) To this add the almond milk and mix well
4) Add the chocolate mix and vanilla essence to the blender
5) Blend until all ingredients are well incorporated
6) Place in the fridge for 2 hours.
Serve chilled with sprinkling of sugar free chocolate 😄🥑😍
