The Kent family is growing.

@bitsietulloch : “Let’s go shoot these videos real quick. We can film each other. It’ll take two minutes.”
Me: “Ok.”
20 minutes later and we have to replace Bitsie as camera operator so we could actually get back to work. How we ever finish shooting an episode together is still a mystery to me, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. @cwsupermanandlois is back tonight!
Thanks for the help, Pierre. A true professional.

Palm Springs is out on @hulu and at drive-ins starting at 9pm PST tonight. I absolutely love this movie for what it has to say. I’m incredibly grateful and proud to have been a part of it and to have worked with all of the amazing people involved. Enjoy everyone.

In an attempt to solidify my bid for the title of “World’s Worst Instagram-er” and in honor of our premiere tonight, here is the “New Trailer” from several weeks ago that I never got a chance to post. @cwsupermanandlois premieres tonight at 8/7c on the CW. Thank you to everyone that’s been a part of making this show a reality, especially in the face of so many obstacles. I’m so proud and grateful to be a part of this team.
Enjoy, everyone!
New trailer for Superman & Lois. February 23rd is getting close! Little fun fact: there’s no way they knew this when they put this trailer together, but All Right Now was actually my walk up song when I played baseball at ASU my freshman year. Quite enjoyed that little surprise.

Congratulations @javicia ! You’re gonna kill this and we’re lucky to have you. Can’t wait for this season’s crossover!
Welcome, Batwoman.
Swipe for two excerpts from the book and a few of my own words. Thank you to my friend for recommending this book to me and to the author, Robin DiAngelo. Some very very useful insights regarding some relatable situations and experiences. Let’s keep identifying our blindspots.
Let’s keep getting better… and never stop.

How was Juneteenth excluded from our education? How was this never emphasized in any of my classrooms? I hope we can at least agree that moving forward, this should be a day that we as Americans all recognize and celebrate. Referring back to my initial questions, I believe we also need to start asking WHY and not just HOW.

With elections on all levels taking place and coming up, there is no time like the present to continue to educate ourselves as we decide who will represent us and lead us in our pursuits of justice and equality. We have to understand the past to grasp the present and how we got here. This book identifies cycles and patterns in our history that, once identified, can be broken.
Also, to clarify something I said in my last post- I AM recommending these books that I post. What I was also trying to point out was that I’m not recommending them with the intention of telling anyone how or what to think or believe, but only to encourage you to take in the information they have to offer and consider it. Follow up with your own research if you have questions. The important thing is to open your mind to new ideas and concepts you may not have considered or been aware of before. I’m still learning too. My hope is that we can reach a deeper understanding of these issues facing us by examining them from many perspectives so that we can have more informed, respectful, and productive conversations about how we can create positive change.
Let’s keep getting better… no reason to stop.
