I can recall an event where the definitions were outlined and it was under the banner of discussing the importance of language and the fact that the definition actually does matter. So there are two things that are misconstrued, obviously at school you want kids to be able to share a joke with one another. You don't want to eliminate good, healthy, fun dialogue, whatsoever, but at the point that it becomes something that makes someone feel uncomfortable or disrespected or hurt in any way. Then it's about re-addressing that behaviour and thinking quite carefully about the danger of repeating it.” Listen to the full podcast (link in bio) https://soundcloud.com/user-95072702-837482268/good-thinking-episode-26-alex-holmes-and-will-poulter Photo Credits @boysbygirls @jadesm1th #antibullyingweek #unitedagainstbullying
