Lost 37 lbs 💪 By literally not having fatty panjeeri, yakhne or anything. Instead staying up at night, staying home and doing house work and not stressing about losing weight. Not doing any exercise and only promising myself every night of stretching the next day and forgetting or not having time the next day. Eating whatever I want whenever I want. But I did leave having food from outside and too much of sugar- not because I wanted to lose weight but because I had increased sugar levels.
I have to always wake up and never let mommy do anything skincare related 🥴
I always used to be like what’s wrong with these parents beech mall me khelana shuru kardiaa and NOW I’m literally the same if not worse. My babys gotta eat and hes gotta poo 😏
