After a month of this new way of eating, itโs all I crave! It takes 3 weeks to make, or break, a habit; and now I couldnโt imagine allowing anything processed, or non – organic, in my body. 32 ounces of water {minimum} daily, no sweets, no nightshade vegetables, nothing fried, nor spicy.
