I hate push ups!!
I have nothing personally against this workout 😝
its just that I could never get it, so I conveniently stayed away from it and started hating it.
The more you run away from your fears ,it only piles up like a mountain.
So here I am takin baby steps to face it and learn it at my own pace,I’m sure eventually some day I’ll get there. I just got to be patient and have faith in myself.
Thought I’d share this small joy with y’all although I know its not perfect.
PS: Hopefully soon I shall execute a perfect push up and share with y’all.

Cooking has always been a stress buster for me .A lot of love always goes into my cooking. I am very unconventional ,never follow measurements, but thankfully the dishes come out tasty 😉😛 Here’s an early peeezy recipe if you wanna try dhoklas.

Method:( total time:20 minutes)
1)Mix 1.5 cups besan, 1 tsp each of salt, sugar,lemon juice with water to form a batter
2) Add 1tsp eno and a pinch of soda and mix well.
3) Grease a pan and transfer the contents.
4)Steam it in a cooker for 12 minutes.when done tap it out and set aside.
5)In a pan add oil mustard seeds,greenchillies, curry leaves.let it splutter
6) Add a cup of water , 1 tsp sugar and salt,1tsp lemon juice.
7) Transfer this on the sliced dhoklas.
The effort is all worth it for That smile at the end.
I know most of the kitchens may not have ovens ,Cheese etc
I’ll come up with a video soon to make a pizza without all those ingredients.
