i picked up writing journal/gratitude practice as a habit again . Yesterday my head was so full of thoughts and I had so much to write that I could only write 14th June 21 and slept off sitting holding pen in my hand with lights and music on until 3 am 🙈. Finally Finished writing 15 things I am grateful for this morning & putting things in perspective about “what it is “ and “what it could have been “ to realise that god’s plan & god sent people are always better than your own choices .
