Kashish Singh Instagram – It is just the fact that you need to be clear that you are the way you are and nothing can change that no matter how hard you work. Basic acceptance for self and learning to grow and enjoy it more rather than trying to reinforce qualities within yourself and not embracing the qualities you own. It’s the time you realize that no one can make you feel better about yourself but you. Everyone has their hard times, even I do. I usually go on a emotional turmoil but eventually gets away within few days. For example Sometimes you work so hard for your body by controlling intake of drinks and food, you given yourself a extra cheat day and enjoy your time; or trying to change as per as trend set but loving yourself wouldn’t let you do that as it prioritizes comfort first and then letting self go away with it. Basically it’s high time to realize that loving yourself the way you are is important. You understand what things matter to you and what is good for you. It becomes top minded when ever you think about yourself where you already have made up your mind. Things may get rough but it’s important to know yourself really well to attain the love for yourself. Last and the most important thing I came into a deep thought that how negative thinking effects ourself and makes us really look at things negatively and never be happy. I changed my mindset over 1–2 years and I really love myself for it. It makes me look at positive things beyond the negative which does help in giving out second chances over things such as arguments, fights, misunderstandings etc. this has really helped me to change my mind as I used to be a really negative person and today I feel I’m in a really happy place in my mind with thoughts. But sometimes situations do make me think negatively, obviously different scenarios.
