How I look during a workout when I’m feeling good *swipe* How I look pushing through a workout when I’m dealing with depression. . This is not a post about looking good or bad while working out. How I look is the absolute furthest thing from my mind when I’m dealing with depression. It’s about the difference you can clearly see in my eyes. The lightness in the first vs the heaviness in the second. So many people deal with depression and mental illness and I personally know how completely debilitating it can be. Happy Friday Friends! . Thank you for your Thankful Thursday responses! I’m sorry I didn’t take the time to share them but… . I have been kicking my booty trying to get everything in the house clean and organized (we still had boxes to unpack 😳) by this weekend because *drumroll please* I’m starting back at Lifetime as a full time personal trainer next week!🙌🏻 . The performing arts academy where I was teaching acting didn’t get enough enrollment so they’re no longer offering acting classes. I loved loved loved teaching acting and I’m going to miss it so much. It was a hard pill to swallow but I’m getting excited about the future. . So on to new things! I’m so thankful I have an opportunity to work with people I love in a place I already know so well. . Happy Thankful Thursday Friends! . Today I’m thankful for where I came from. I know the desperation and struggle of feeling unworthy and unlovable in your skin. I know the joy that comes with deciding to live my life and enjoy every day to the fullest while striving to achieve things I’d only dreamed about.
