Information Technology Act यानी IT Act का ग़लत इस्तेमाल किया जा रहा है Bharat के अंदर लोगों की ज़ुबान पर ताला लगाने के लिए। ये Act का इस्तेमाल किया गया दो बार मुझे arrest करने के लिए।
Bundi मैं जब मुझे arrest किया गया तब मैं Motilal Nehru के ऊपर videos बना रही थी और M.O. Mathai की किताब ban थी इसलिए ये Act मेरे ऊपर लगाया गया।
Ahmedabad में मेरे को arrest किया गया IT Act Section 67 के तहत जहाँ पे मेरे दो mobile को ज़ब्त कर दिया गया और मैं जो videos बना रही थी arrest के पहले RTI information के आधार पर वो information के ऊपर मैं आगे बात नहीं करूँ ये करने का प्रयास किया गया।
तो दोनों बार IT act का इस्तेमाल किया गया मुझे चुप करने के लिए। Bharat का संविधान अभिव्यक्ति की आज़ादी देता है भारतीय नागरिकों और वो संविधान की अभिव्यक्ति की आज़ादी को challenge करता है ये IT Act जो लगाकर कुछ police वाले लोगों को arrest करते हैं ऊपर के orders से।
Raj Kundra पर IT Act लगाया गया है। अब उनके ऊपर IT Act के क्या sections लगाए गए ये तो उनका वकील जानेग़ा बेहतर परंतु उनके ऊपर आरोप है कि वो porn film बनाते थे जो उन्होंने इनकार किया है।Information Technology Act किसी पर भी लगाया जाता है और कोई भी लगाकर सामने वाले के साथ अपनी निजी मतभेद settle कर सकता है।
इस IT Act के ऊपर डिबेट होनी चाहिए, discussion होनी चाहिए क्योंकि Bharat जैसे लोकतंत्र में अगर freedom of speech को निशाना बनाया जाता है IT Act द्वारा तो ये ग़लत है। #payalrohatgi

आज बात करते हैं मेरी दो arrest के पहले मैं किस आधार पर videos बनाती थी ? #Bundi police ने arrest किया Rajasthan से आकर जब कांग्रिस की सरकार थी वहाँ पर वो video पर जिसकी इन्फ़ॉर्मेशन WhatsApp द्वारा मिलती थी और इनफ़ॉर्मेशन को Google, Wikipedia सब जगह पढ़ा जा सकता था सब साथ में M.O. Mathai की किताब का भी योगदान था।
मेरा दूसरा arrest तब हुआ जब मैं videos बनती थी RTI से इन्फ़ॉर्मेशन लेकर क्योंकि मैं कही से भी fake इन्फ़ॉर्मेशन का प्रचार नहीं करना चाहती थी परन्तु }#Ahmedabad police ने मुझे arrest किया और Gujarat में भाजपा की सरकार है । मैं तो ख़ुद chronology समझने का प्रयास कर रही हूँ क्योंकि मुझे अभी तक कुछ समझ ही नहीं पड़ा।
आज एक इन्फ़ॉर्मेशन मेरी नज़र में आयी जहाँ पर केंद्रीय सरकार ने 13 हज़ार वेंटिलेटर beds का इस्तेमाल नहीं था covid के दूसरे पड़ाव में जहाँ पर बहुत सारे लोगों की जान गई।
ये इंफॉर्मेशन मिली है RTI द्वारा जो एक businessman Nilesh ने पायी है Ministry of Health से। बहुत सारे राज्य थे जैसे Maharashtra और Chhattisgarh जिन्होंने कहा था कि उनके राज्य के अंदर मौत नहीं हुई थी कम oxygen beds की वजह से परंतु हम सबको पता है कि किस प्रकार से लोगों की मौत हुई और ये RTI द्वारा इंफॉर्मेशन बताती है कि 13 हज़ार ventilator beds center के पास थे जिसका इस्तेमाल नहीं हुआ।
भाजपा के Sambit Patra जी का कहना है कि centre को यह information नहीं दी states ने और इसलिए उन्होंने बचे हुए ventilator beds नहीं दिए।
इतना ही कहना है Bharat के सभी नागरिकों को की आप दोनों sides की ख़बरें पढ़े और फिर जागरूक होकर वो करे जो आपके लिए, आपके परिवार के लिए और हमारे देश के लिए सही है।

Porn क्यों पर आजकल चर्चा में Raj kundra का भी नाम बहुत चर्चित है। Raj kundra की गिरफ़्तारी के बाद उनके वकील ने कहा कि उनकी गिरफ़्तारी illegal थी क्योंकि उन्हें notice दिए बिना गिरफ़्तार किया गया। सब साथ में उनका ये भी कहना है कि उनके videos को vulgar कह सकते हैं मगर उन्हें porn नहीं कह सकते क्योंकि उसमें actual intercourse नहीं दिखाया गया है। #EktaKapoor को नहीं पकड़ेंगी police 😉

P Chidambaram का कहना है कि Pegasus मामले के ऊपर Modi जी को बयान देना चाहिए parliament के अंदर।मेरा मानना है कि मोदी जी को बयान देना चाहिए क्योंकि पहले से इस मामले ke ऊपर छानबीन France और Israel में भी हो रही है और अगर opposition के नेता कह रहे हैं कि उनके phone tap किए गए हैं और ये unlawful कार्यों से 2019 की इलेक्शंस का नतीजा आया है तो फिर इसके ऊपर आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी को अपना बयान देना चाहिए।
Right to Privacy एक fundamental right है मगर Bharat के अंदर social media के ज़माने में बहुत सारे क़ानून और चीज़ों को समझना ज़रूरी है और इन कानूनों को लोगों तक सही तरीक़े से पेश करना हर नेता का फ़र्ज़ है क्योंकि लोग अभी भी समझते हैं कि वो एक लोकतंत्र में है जहाँ पर Bharat का संविधान उन्हें बहुत सारे हक़ देता है। #payalrohatgi

Gujarat Sarkar को Supreme court ने फटकार लगायी है कि उन्होंने जो hospital building के compliance के क़ानून होते हैं या नी byelaws उनका पालान नहीं किया है और ये उन्हें करने के लिए कहा जा रहा है। Justice D. Y Chandrachud और M.R Shah ने Gujarat government को उनके july 8 th notification के ऊपर अपनी राय दी।
Covid hospital जो non complaint structure से काम कर रहे हैं उसके ऊपर कार्रवाही करने को कहा गया है। Solicitor General Tushar Mehta का कहना है कि covid hospital को fire safety compliant बनाया गया है Supreme Court के order के अनुसार मगर एक hospital को बंद करना building byelaws के violation पर covid के दौरान सही नहीं होगा। Justice Chandrachud ने Nasik के Zakir Hussain hospital का उदाहरण देते हुए कहा कि हम fire safety पर ध्यान तो दे रहे हैं परंतु हमें stadium खोलने चाहिए covid के treatment के लिए जैसे मुंबई municipal corporation कर रहा है। Public को ऐसा नहीं लगना चाहिए के illegalities को छुपाया जा रहा है covid के दौरान जो सही बात नहीं है।

भारत में हम देखते हैं कि अभी भी सरकारी और बाक़ी non सरकारी संगठन बेटी बचाओ, बेटी पढ़ाओ जैसे कार्यक्रमों द्वारा Bharat की बेटी को हौसला देते हैं अपना सपना पूरा करने के लिए। परंतु आज भी ७० साल की आज़ादी के बाद अगर एक औरत बोले तो उसकी अभिव्यक्ति की आज़ादी से पुरुषों के साथ साथ उन महिलाओं को भी आपत्ति होती है जो पूरा जीवन पुरुष की छवि के पीछे काटते हैं।
मेरे अभिव्यक्ति की आज़ादी को जो निशाना बनाना चाहते है मुझे चुप करने के लिए बहुत सारे पैंतरे आज़मा के उन्हें मैं इतना ही कहना चाहती हूँ 🤨 Bharat अगर इंद्रा गाँधी को जन्म दे सकता है जिसने pakistan का बँटवारा किया तो Bharath की बेटी Payal की ज़ुबान पर ताला लगाने के लिए तुम लोग कितना गिरोगे ???? बेटी तुम्हारी भी है और उसके साथ जब कोई ऐसा करेगा तब तुम्हें समझ आएगा की ग़लत ग़लत होता है और जो उसके ख़िलाफ़ आवाज़ उठाता है उसका साथ नहीं दे सकते तो उसे नक़ली जाल फेलाके फँसाओ गे तो भगवान से कैसे बचोगे 🙏
