This shirt is 25 yrs old. I made it at summer camp in Vermont. When the counselors heard that Jerry Garcia had passed away they cancelled all regularly scheduled activities and instead had us campers tie-dye t-shirts in his memory. Luckily, in their rush, they didn’t think to buy kids sizes and so I wound up tie-dying a men’s extra large at age 9. I am forever grateful for their haste and to have something that ties me to a band I have come to love so very much.
