Happy Wednesday Friends! . This is my happy smiley face because I’ve been feeling really good lately. I’m feeling good about my competition prep and am happy with the progress I’m making. There are a lot of things that are making me really happy right now. . BUT… The number 1 reason I feel good is because I make a conscious decision to concentrate on all of the good and soak up how good it feels. There are a lot of things going well in my life right now, but there are a PLETHORA of things going wrong. I could easily slip into feeling frustrated, defeated, angry, overwhelmed and sad, but I choose to notice those things, let them go and choose a better feeling thought. . You’re not going to be able to feel amazing 100% of the time. Be gentle with yourself if you simply can’t get into a positive headspace. Do things that help you recharge and feed your soul. Feel as good as you can as often as you can. Concentrate on being grateful for all the good in your life. . Always remember… . Your worth has nothing to do with your weight. Happy Thankful Thursday Friends! . Today I am thankful for my legs! 🦵🏻 I used to hate my legs. I was so embarrassed about my inner thighs and hated wearing shorts. My mom used to say “At least you have legs” which made teenage me mad, but as I’ve gotten older I’m more and more thankful for my legs and what they allow me to do. Not everyone has two or even one healthy functioning leg. Now I LOVE my legs and I’ll wear shorts ALL DAY. 😆 . My legs, just like me, are more than what they look like. That’s where finding love for my body started – appreciation for what it does for me. . Now I love and appreciate my legs every day, inner thighs, cellulite and all. . Happy Friday Friends! . Me posting photos from old shoots because I’ve been too busy to take new ones 😂. . Y’all, I thought I was busy before, but because I was at home I could pause and spend time interacting with comments, creating stories and taking photos. But being at work alllll day (6am-3) still getting my workouts in, trying to spend time with @toddjawesome and my fur babies and mentally recharging means that my energy has been going elsewhere. . What I’m not doing: Beating myself up. . In the past I would have been so frustrated and disappointed in myself and worried about losing followers or letting people down. But now I know that my mental health is more important. That people who want my message and support me for what I bring to the table will wait patiently and cheer me on. And I am SO thankful for all of you! . ALWAYS take care of yourself and always give yourself grace. Limiting stress is just as important as eating healthy and working out. .
