Twitter के जो chief थे Manish Maheshwari उनके साथ मैंने थोड़े समय के लिए interact किया था जब Sangram Singh ने एक show किया था Discovery channel के लिए।
अब वो Manish Maheshwari का US transfer हो चुका है और उनसे Asia के Twitter के head है काफ़ी ख़ुश हैं उनके Bharat के प्रदर्शन से। वो प्रदर्शन जहां Bharat के ख़िलाफ़ बोलने वाले लोगों की आवाज़ को बुलंद किया Twitter ने और जो Bharat के हित में बोलते थे उनकी आवाज़ को दबाया। जब BJP के नेताओं को target किया तब BJP सरकार ने Twitter के office पर raid करवाई जिसकी वजह से अब Twitter भारतीय क़ानून के अनुसार चलने का प्रयास कर रहा है । परंतु इस प्रयास में उसने सबसे पहले Rahul Gandhi का account lock किया जो Rahul जिसने वो फोटोग्राफ share करी जो फ़ोटोग्राफ़ शायद बाक़ी account से भी share करी गयी होगी।
तो यहाँ पर भी दोगलापन छलकने लगा है Twitter का जबसे वो Bharat के क़ानून का पालन करने लगा है क्योंकि अब उसे Bharat सरकार के अनुसार चलना होगा अगर उसे Bharat में रहना होगा।Manish के ऊपर भी कार्रवाई हुई थी जब UP Sarkar द्वारा police भिजवाकर उनसे पूछताछ करवाई गई Twitter के भारत विरोधी अजेंडे को support करने के मुद्दे में। परंतु उस पूछताछ के बाद Manish का भला हो चुका है और वो Bharat छोड़कर US चला गया है क्योंकि Twitter के officials को शायद भारत में डर लगता है । #payalrohatgi

हम सब को पता है कि कैसे Swara Bhaskar ने CAA क़ानून का विरोध किया था जो majority से पास हुआ था parliament के अंदर।मगर ये क़ानून भारतीय मुसलमानों के लिए ग़लत क़ानूनन नहीं था मगर ऐसी अफ़वाह फैलायी।Swara Bhaskar ने CAA क़ानून ke ख़िलाफ़ विरोध का समर्थन किया ये कह कर कि ये क़ानून से भारतीय मुसलमान की नागरिकता छीनने वाली है जबकि ये क़ानून Bharat के इस्लामिक पड़ोसी देशों के minority को भारतीय नागरिकता देने वाला क़ानून था ।
इस औरत ने किसान आंदोलन का भी समर्थन किया और आज तक उसने bill पढ़ा नहीं होगा मगर मेरा एक प्रश्न है केंद्र सरकार और प्रदेशों कि राज्य सरकारों से की आज तक किसी ने Swara को arrest क्यों नहीं किया ??? Swara अपनी विचारधारा रखती है और वो सड़क पर उतरकर उसका प्रचार करती है और भारत के मुस्लिम लोगों को कहती है कि वो delhi जलाए और उसके बावजूद उसे अरेस्ट नहीं किया जाता।
परन्तु Payal Rohatgi अपनी विचारधारा अपने घर से video बनाकर रखती है उसे कहीं न कहीं फँसा कर बार बार arrest कर लिया जाता है, एक congress राज्य में, दूसरा BJP राज्य में 🙏
Swara ने तो अब Taliban आतंक को hindutva आतंक से तुलना करके सारी हदें पार कर दीं मगर इसके बावजूद भी उसे अरेस्ट नहीं किया जाएगा और वो Twitter पर trend होगी और जो log उसे trend करेंगे कहेंगे कि वो उससे नफ़रत करते हैं और ये नफ़रत के कारण वो Bollywood से काम ले लेगी 🙏

बात करते हैं आपके साथ कि कैसे Afghanistan को अब Taliban poori तरह से अपने क़ाबू में कर रहा है जब US ने अपने forces Afghanistan से निकाले Joe Biden President के सत्ता में आते ही। यह देखकर इतना ही कहना है कि social media ke ज़माने में दोगला पन नहीं ignore किया जा सकता है।President Joe Biden ने US के forces निकाले Afghanistan से, शांति का पाठ पढ़ाया और आज की तारीख़ में Taliban Afghanistan को अपने क़ाबू में कर रहा है।
दूसरी ओर हम दोगला पन देख रहे हैं आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी के ट्विटर अकाउंट पर। जो भी उनका ट्विटर अकाउंट हैंडल कर रहा उसे समझदारी से tweets करना चाहिए क्योंकि पुराने ट्वीट्स निकाले जा सकते हैं। 2015 में अगर नरेंद्र मोदी जी ने 14 अगस्त को पाकिस्तान को बधाई दी थी तो वो उनकी सोच थी तभी। परंतु आज 2021 में उनकी सोच है कि के ये पाकिस्तान का निर्माण ग़लत था क्योंकि यह भारत का हिस्सा था और यह उनकी सोच सही है। मगर इस साल 22 मार्च को पाकिस्तान की सोच फैलाने वाला मुस्लिम league को बधाई देना ग़लत था क्योंकि अगर मुस्लिम league ना होता तो ना पाकिस्तान बनता ना देश का बँटवारा होता।
अब ये दोगलेपन पर Randeep Singh Surjewala जो congress के नेता है उनका tweet सही बैठता है तो आशा करती हूँ कि जो भी प्रधानमंत्री जी का Twitter account handle कर रहा है वो ऐसी गलती ना करे। #payalrohatgi
IT Act लगाने पर Chennai के एक आदमी Manmohan Mishra को UP police ने उठा लिया है। ये इसलिए हुआ क्योंकि Mishra जी ने श्री Narendra Modi जी, आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी के ऊपर Hindi में video बनाया। वो tamil भी जानते थे क्योंकि वो ३० साल से Chennai में रह रहे थे और वहाँ पर North India के कर्मचारियों को मदद करते थे उनके कामकाज में जो वहाँ पर आकर नये नये बसे थे।
अब उन्होंने कौन सा video बनाया जिस के आधार पर उन्हें गिरफ़्तार किया है यह abhi तक social media par viral नहीं हुआ है परंतु ये कहा गया है कि IT लगाकर उन्हें गिरफ़्तार किया गया है। इस IT act के ऊपर मैं चाहती हूँ की चर्चा हो parliament के अंदर क्योंकि parliament के अंदर चर्चा किये बिना यह Act के ऊपर information नहीं है आम आदमी के पास और इस Act के अनुसार भारतीयों की अभिव्यक्ति की आज़ादी को निशाना बनाकर उसे गिरफ़्तार कर लिया जाता है भारत के अंदर आज कल जो ग़लत है ।

Rakesh Jhunjhunwala जो एक बहुत ही नामचीन नाम है share market में और उनके पास पैसों की कमी नहीं है परंतु उनकी सेहत इतनी अच्छी नहीं हैं ये दिखाई दिया गया एक viral video से जिस viral video में वो Aishwarya के Kajrare गाने पर नाचने का प्रयास कर रहे हैं wheelchair पर बैठे हुए।
ये video उनके घर पर या उसके दोस्त के घर पर shoot किया गया है जहाँ पर उनके दोस्तों ने ही शायद ये video shoot किया है।अब जो लोग आजकल #RightToPrivacy के ऊपर चर्चा कर रहे थे चाहे वो Shilpa Shetty हो या छोटे मोटे jobless लोग उनको मैं सिर्फ़ इतना है कहना है कि ये video shoot करते वक़्त उनके दोस्तों ने Rakesh जी से इजाज़त ली बिना पूछे क्यूँकि Rakesh जी को पता था कि mobile में उन्हें उनके दोस्त shoot कर रहे है।
परंतु ये video को उनके किस दोस्त ने अपने अलग अलग WhatsApp group में share किया जिसकी वजह से ये video viral हो गया यह नहीं पता।और अगर Rakesh जी ने इजाज़त नहीं दी थी share करने की तो शायद यह उनकी #RightToPrivacy का विवाद बनता है।
परंतु भारत के अंदर बहुत सारे क़ानून बोहोत vague है जिसकी वजह से लोगों को नहीं पता की कोई क़ानून में कौनसा सही मुद्दा है या कौन सा ग़लत मुद्दा है ??? अगर आप एक सार्वजनिक जगह पर खड़े हैं जैसे अस्पताल में है या मंदिर में है तो उस जगह पर CCTV camera लगे होंगे तो कही से भी आप Right To Privacy का विवाद नहीं खड़ा कर सकते हैं अगर आप की recording से आपको आपत्ति है।
परंतु जैसे मैंने आपको कहा था अगर आप अपने घर पर किसी को बुलाते हैं और वो इंसान आपकी इजाज़त के बिना आपकी recording करता है तो फिर वो आपकी Right To Privacy को निशाना बना रहा है। Bharat की parliament के अंदर IT Act या Right To Privacy ये सब मुद्दों के ऊपर चर्चा होनी चाहिए परंतु मुझे नहीं पता कब होगी क्योंकि social media के ज़माने में ये सब मुद्दों के ऊपर चर्चा आवश्यक है क्योंकि लोगों को ऐसे ही police इन सब क़ानून का इस्तेमाल करके गिरफ़्तार कर लेती है जो बोहोत ज़्यादा ग़लत है क्यूँकि लोगों को क़ानून ही नहीं पता।
