Khardungla Pass
It was all cloudy when we woke up and started raining in Leh, little did we know that we would experience our First Snow Fall.
It was magical, we were at the World’s Highest Motorable road, snow all over, hands were freezing and hearts were filled with love and smiles.
We are grateful, We could experience this.
Things to Remember !!!
Make sure that you stay in Leh for two days before you go on a higher altitude. Just for safety purpose carry Oxygen cylinders with you and keep smelling camphor. Also they say just be positive and don’t think a lot or panic.

My Ladakh- Travel Guide
Everybody got their own journey, everybody got their own experience specially when it comes to travel. Ladakh is a beautiful place but few things please keep in mind while traveling :
1) Consult your doctor before going to Ladakh, you should have all the medicines you would need because of the higher Altitude. If you have Covid-History then please don’t plan for Ladakh
2) Take atleast two days rest before start traveling.
3) Drink loads of water
4) Carry Oxymeter , keep checking your oxgen levels because you won’t even know when it goes down ( we dint carry one and that was our mistake )
5) Take it Slow, go slow, walk slow just take everything Slow
6) Eat Light
7) Keep warm clothes or atleast one jacket with you as the wind is really cold.
8) Wear something comfortable as roads aren’t that great and you don’t want to sit in uncomfortable outfits. ( It take minimum 5 hours to reach anywhere )
9) It’s all in our mind , someone told me during the trip. Focus on good , take care of yourself and think positive.
10) Please carry Hat, Sunglasses, Lip balm and moisturiser . Please carry Sanitizers, Pee Safe and tissues.
And at the Last : No matter what, please keep an oxygen cylinder or can with you. For emergency. I just wish and hope that you dnt use it but then keep one with you no matter what.
It’s heaven on Earth, I feel grateful to experience such a beautiful place and I feel so proud of my Army that they protect us in the weather and altitude conditions we can’t even imagine.
