Over a decade went by when we first brought Ganpati home and with each passing year the Idol only got bigger and celebrations grander , but this year is different… This year is special .
Never thought the Artee would be attended by the devotees over a video call . Never thought Ganpati would be brought home without all that dancing and music and Ganpati BAPPA Morya being screamed on top of our voices . Never thought will have to console ppl for not being able to come for Darshan or actually tell some to not come .
But like I said this year is different . This year is SPECIAL .
Just makes me realise how we take lil things for granted , not realising that all we have is the lil things .
