Under no circumstances are you to tourniquet a snake bite or suck out the venom. Stay calm, don’t get your heart rate up. Zazie Beetz Instagram – I don’t think it is much of a secret that being a crew member on set is a difficult job. Hours are long, breaks are few, and the expectation is always to give more. We all love making films, but we need to make sure that this environment provides balance and safety for everyone involved. I wanted to post in support of my brothers and sisters, our crew members, and fight for a work experience that is more healthful. People are expected to give so much, are often not compensated adequately for the time offered, it needs to be addressed, and so I stand with IATSE. Let us remember that our crew members are people first. Let us fight for the well being of our film community.
