Ross Butler Instagram – It’s been 5 years since we shot the first season of 13 Reasons Why. I often think back on how profound of a change this show made on my life. Of course, as work, it was a story I was honored to tell and be a part of. But more importantly, the conversations we were able to start with the world and the conversation I was able to start having with myself about mental health was the greatest and proudest take away I’ve had in my life. On #WorldMentalHealthDay, remember all the steps we’ve taken personally and as a community to better understand and love each other and, don’t forget, ourselves. It’s okay not to be okay.
