Aryan Khan के ख़िलाफ़ जो NCP के वकील हैं उनकी दलीले तो मैंने सुनी और मैंने समझने का प्रयास भी किया परन्तु अब जब Aryan Khan के बचाव में वरिष्ठ वकील Amit Desai कि भी मैंने दलीलें सुनी तो मुझे लगता है कि Aryan Khan को bail मिलनी चाहिए।
ये मैं इस आधार पर कह रही हूँ क्योंकि Aryan Khan और Shouwik Chakraborty में काफ़ी अंतर है। Shouwik drugs का धंधा करते थे। यहाँ par Aryan Khan का क़बूलनामा था कि वो drugs कभी कबार लेते थे जो बयान शायद उसने वापिस ले लिया है।
साथ में यह भी कहा कि सामविधान के अनुसार आज के समय कितनी मात्रा में भी drugs बरामद हुए यह भी माइने रखता है। और उस के अनुसार Aryan को bail मिलनी चाहिए।
देखते हैं क्या होता है परंतु मुझे लगता है की Aryan को bail अब इन दलीलों के आधार पर मिलनी चाहिए 🙏 #payalrohatgi

सिंघु बॉर्डर के ऊपर एक दलित पुरुष को बोहोत ही बेदर्दी से मार डाला गया और ये किया #Nihang Sikh ने जो तलवार और बाक़ी शस्त्र लेकर अपनी निजी ज़िंदगी में घूमते हैं।
सुनने में आया है कि ये दलित हिंदू ने उनकी धार्मिक किताबों के ऊपर कुछ कहा या उनके साथ कुछ ग़लत किया जिसकी वजह से #Nihang Sikhs ने उसके हाथ और पैर काट के, उसका गला काट दिया।
इस भयानक घटना को social media पर देखा जा सकता है । Twitter पर बोहोत right wing accounts ने इस घटना के videos और photos share किए है।आश्चर्यजनक बात ये है कि Twitter के ऊपर खून ख़राबे वाले फोटोग्राफर्स और वीडियोस आप share नहीं कर सकते है और करने पर आपका account block या suspend कर दिया जाता है ।परंतु इस बार कोई भी right wing accounts को suspend या block नहीं किया गया है ये सब दृश्य share करने पर।
Bangladesh के अंदर भी हिंदुओं पर आक्रमण किया गया जब दुर्गापूजा मनाया जा रहा था।Iskon temple में एक आदमी को मार डाला गया और ये कहा गया कि Quran के बारे में ग़लत बोलने पर ऐसा हुआ है ऐसा सुनने में आया है। इसके ऊपर कार्यवाही होगी ऐसा Sheikh Hasina बे कहा।
मैं सिर्फ़ इतना ही कहना चाहती हूँ ये सब देख के इन धार्मिक किताबों के बारे में बुरा बोलने पर अगर ये आतंक हुआ है तो ये बोहोत थी चोटी सोच है जहाँ पर एक किताब की वजह से आप लोगों की जान ले रहे हैं। #payalrohatgi

Aryan Khan jail में है drugs मामले में परंतु उनके पास से कोई drugs बरामद नहीं हुए ऐसा उनके defence वकील का दलील था और इस आधार पर उनको bail मिलनी चाहिए।
परंतु अब NCB के तरफ़ से जो वकील हैं ASG उनका कहना है कि Shauwik Chakraborty भी काफ़ी महीने से jail में थे और उसके पास से भी कोई drugs बरामद नहीं हुए थे। उसके connection थे drug dealers के साथ इसलिए उन्हें jail में रखा गया और ये connection वो Aryan Khan और उनके बाक़ी दोस्तों के साथ साबित कर सकते हैं जो drugs का धंधा करते हैं समय आने पर।
Aryan Khan की गिरफ़्तारी पर Uddhav Thackeray जी का ये बयान भी आया है कि NCB सुर्ख़ीयों में आने के लिए celebrities को गिरफ़्तार करती है और maharashtra की police ने 150 करोड़ का drugs पकड़ा मगर उसको news में नहीं बताया गया। साथ साथ में उनका ये भी कहना है कि उत्तर प्रदेश की police का नाम कभी ख़राब नहीं होता और उत्तर प्रदेश जे अंदर अगर खून ख़राबा हो उसके बावजूद मगर मुंबई police का नाम ख़राब करना एक राजनीतिक षडयंत्र है।
अब 20 ऑक्टोबर को पता चलेगा की Aryan Khan को bail मिलेगी कि नहीं मगर ASG की दलीलों से लगता है कि Shauwik का उदाहरण देकर ये थोड़ा मुश्किल है।
मुझे इतना भी कहना है कि drugs तो पूरे
भारत में illegal है मगर दारू तो Gujarat में illegal है तो Gujarat के अंदर alcohol जो illegal है उसके ख़िलाफ़ कोई कुछ करता क्यों नहीं है ??? गुजरात में drugs 3 हज़ार KG की मात्रा में बरामद हुए Mundra port से उसके ऊपर भी क्या कार्रवाई NCB क्या कार्यवाही करता है यह जानना ज़रूरी है 🙏 #payalrohatgi Under the Neem Trees
