I don’t do these posts because they make me highly uncomfortable to share as I’ve never been confident in my body, so even writing this sent my anxiety sky high, but since working with one of my best pals @sarahrowe I’ve noticed a massive change in my body & general health/wellbeing and I am finally on the road to being happy with myself & the way I look!
Sarah has helped change my mindset and outlook on not only weightlifting, fitness but Norma life too, which has seen me lose 8lbs but improve my strength so much since starting with her…she legit has me busting PR’s almost weekly.
