This is a poem To my brother I have dedicated …. he lives High above…In a golden city that is gated.. you would of loved him if you all ever met… he was the best… I was so heart broken the day he had left… this pain I felt was unbearable…. the worse feeling in the world it was terrible … how could this be? Im with out a brother now it’s just me… I want you all to know he was my best friend.. he was like a hero ..man I looked up to him… to talk about this is so hard … the things I saw it will never go away it’s stuck in my head ike a scar… I was devastated to see him a coffen. .. Ugh this was awful.. I hugged him even tho he was gone… his body felt different everything felt wrong … this is the story I never told. It will never be forget that feeling he was so cold… I whispered in his ear erik I love you..why?!! He said his time was done ..I’m not ready to say goodbye .. once this thing is closed It’s MY feelings I’m gonna fear. I’ll Mark this one the worse day in history …. I wish I knew what he was thinking .. but i don’t it remains a complete mystery… please God take me out of this dark season..He said “Son I need a reason.” That night I was sleeping and I had a dream… I couldn’t move… I couldn’t even scream.. a hand touch my heart it was a familiar feeling.. then I felt a breeze I though it was wind… I couldnt stand I was weak at the knees … I just knew it was him.. I could tell I felt it healing..I’ll never forget the words he spoke … I want “YOU to LIVE” even though your heart is broke… all I can do is cry… was this a dream or was I awoken … But then He told me his sprit was sent free…. I said don’t go I’ll come it’s always been you and me …. I’m so excited to finally be able to share that @michaelmadsenofficial plays my father “Max Reed” in @lotwhitedragon . He is one of my favorite actors and was in my favorite movie “ Donnie Brasco” It was surreal to be able to work with him…someone I’ve always wanted to share the screen with. Such an honor. We had an amazing scene together It was real and emotional. We had a deep connection in that scene and it was something that ended up being healing for the both of us with what we’ve been through in our lives. I can’t wait to share that scenes with you when the movie comes out. I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to work alongside Michael Madsen a real method actor! Thank you @comicbook for doing the announcement. This movie is going to blow you away. A whole new universe. We’ve already wrapped back in the summer and now it’s in the editing process. I’m really excited to share my short film “In My Head” with you all. The WORLD PREMIERE is THIS WEDNESDAY (Nov 17th) at 7pm CST on my YouTube/JDFFFN. This short film is based off a poem I wrote about mental health. I tried adding life to the words without trying to rhyme too much. It was challenging to play so many different characters and react to each one according to who they were. You never know the battles people are struggling with in their minds. But no matter what you’re going through, you just have to keep pushing forward and you can overcome it.
