ഒന്നും ഒറ്റയ്ക്ക് നേടാൻ കഴിയില്ല എന്ന് പൂർണമായി വിശ്വസിക്കുന്ന ആളാണ് ഞാൻ.
ഇന്ന് എന്നെ ബെസ്റ്റ്ആക്ടർ അവാർഡിന് അർഹമാക്കിയ മൂന്ന് സിനിമകൾ അതിന്റെ എല്ലാ അണിയറ സുഹൃത്തുക്കളുടെയും ആത്മാർത്ഥമായ പരിശ്രമം കൊണ്ട് മാത്രം സംഭവിച്ചതാണ് . ഈ അവാർഡ് എന്റെ അല്ല… നിങ്ങളുടേതാണ്, അല്ല നമ്മുടേതാണ്..
ജീവിതത്തിൽ ആരുമായും മത്സരിക്കരുത് എന്ന് കരുതി ജീവിക്കാനാണ് എനിക്കിഷ്ടം. മത്സരം എപ്പോഴും ഒന്നാമൻ ആകാൻ വേണ്ടി ആണ്. അത് അസൂയ, നിരാശ,വിദ്വേഷം എല്ലാം ഉണ്ടാക്കും, എല്ലാത്തിനുപരി അത് നമ്മുടെ സ്വസ്ഥത നഷ്ടപ്പെടുത്തും…
ഹൃദയം അറിഞ്ഞ് സമർപ്പിക്കുക എന്നതാണ് ഞാൻ പഠിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന പാഠം.. അതാണ് ഞാൻ ഈ സിനിമകളിൽ ചെയ്യാൻ ശ്രമിച്ചതും.
ആക്ടർ ഒരു ഉപാധി മാത്രമാണ് , നമ്മുടെ ഹൃദയം മിടിക്കുന്നതിനും, ശ്വാസം നിലനിർത്തുന്നതിനുമൊക്കെ കാരണമായ അദൃശ്യമായ ഒരു ശക്തി ആണ് ഇതും ചെയ്യുന്നതും ചെയ്യിപ്പിക്കുന്നതും എന്നാണ് എന്റെ വിശ്വാസം. അവിടെ എനിക്ക് സ്ഥാനമില്ല. ആ ശക്തി ആരോട് മത്സരിക്കാനാണ്..? എന്തിന് മത്സരിക്കാനാണ്?
തീർച്ചയായും ഈ അവാർഡ് എന്നെ സന്തോഷവാനും , കൂടുതൽ ഉത്തരവാദിത്തമുള്ളവനും ആക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. ഈ സന്തോഷത്തിലുപരി
ഞാൻ ഒരുപാട് സ്നേഹിക്കുന്ന ബഹുമാനിക്കുന്ന പ്രതിഭാശാലികളായ കലാകാരൻമാർക്കൊപ്പം നിൽക്കാൻ കഴിയുന്നതാണ് എന്റെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ ഭാഗ്യം .
ഒരുപാട്പേർ വിളിച്ചിരുന്നു സിനിമാ സൗഹൃദങ്ങൾ, പരിചയമുള്ള സുഹൃത്തുക്കൾ,പരിചയമില്ലാത്ത സനേഹിതർ, നിങ്ങളുടെ സ്നേഹവും, പ്രാർത്ഥനകളും ആണ് ഇന്ന് ഞാൻ ഇവിടെ നിൽക്കാൻ കാരണം എന്ന തിരിച്ചറിവ് എന്നും ഉണ്ട്.. ഈ സ്നേഹം എന്റെ സിനിമകളിലൂടെ ഞാൻ തിരിച്ചു തരും.. എന്നത് മാത്രമാണ് നിങ്ങൾക്കെന്റെ ഗുരുദക്ഷിണ.
എല്ലാവർക്കും എന്റെ സ്നേഹവും നന്ദിയും… ഒപ്പം ദുഖത്തിലും സന്തോഷത്തിലും ഒരുപോലെ എനിക്ക് താങ്ങായ എന്റെ കുടുംബത്തിനും..
