Justin Baldoni Instagram – Listening to Eldra and hearing him share his wisdom I had this lightbulb moment about the way I’m raising my kids. Because of the nature of the industry I work in, and our culture, I’ve been given a platform and oftentimes a pedestal in my journey with masculinity, and undefining what it means to me to be a man. But there are people, like Eldra Jackson III, who have been doing this human work for years and in depths I have not yet touched. I was lucky enough to meet Eldra and hear him speak at TED Women ➡️the year after I gave my #TEDtalk and I’m so honored and humbled that he came on The #ManEnough Podcast to share his wisdom, story, transformation, and his humanity.
