I miss absolutely everything and nothing. I feel complete and content.
I feel like there’s so much more life left to live yet am so wholly happy being right here.
Stillness within the movements of daily life. Witnessing the agitation rise when in traffic and dealing with delays when on set or calls with delivery guys – Lol – in some the old programming kicks in and I engage with it, all the whole observing and going ‘sigh, just let it go’, and in others like today, I smile and laugh and get giddy.
Slept 9hrs, that’s probably got a lot to do with it. I saw your face, that two. Said I love you 3,4 and 5. That’s six.
7 days a week – that’s what I’m practising.
So much more to say. I’ll get around to it. I hope wherever you are, as you read this y’all are Happy, at peace and finding your way ⚡️♥️
