The whole of 2021 has been on a downhill for me mentally physically and emotionally. Post covid my life changed for the worse. Bad food habits (having less than 2 meals), Bad sleep cycle, very little or no excercise, difficulty to just get out of the bed, always irritable, constantly breaking down without knowing why,procrastinating all the time, complete shut off on all social interactions cause people constantly commented on how skinny/weak I looked. I was in my personal worse of 43 kilos and I was pretending to be happy constantly while I was so insecure about my body.
So after the push from my bestfriend I started working out to get my life back in order
Its been 3 weeks I have been going to the gym and my life already feels so much better. I’m waking up at 6am, sleeping by 11, eating right ( from almost 2 meals to atleast 4 meals ), getting more sun time. I’m not at my best but soon I will be and
I can’t wait to show off my gains to you all soon.
