Save some love for yourself✨
You’ve given enough energy to those who used it only to uplift themselves. Don’t go fixing & saving others so much that in the process you find yourself broken.
Always remember that your healing presence deserves your own attention.

Move & Release✨
The body holds so much memory. You’d be surprised what comes to the surface when you engage in movements like yoga, dance, shaking, dynamic meditation & Qi-gong.
Start with the body:)
When they say, Flip your hair🤭
Only when you love yourself fully, you can love others. Love yourself🖤

Your best friend is You & also your therapist🤷🏻♀️
Cuz worst is when you have to apologize for your mental health to your people who also advocate for the same.

Hopefully ending the black & white series here🤍🖤
When you’re being rejected, you’re being redirected on the right path to recreating yourself.
You’ll have a lot of them standing next to you when you’re your Best. Pay close attention to who is standing by you when you’re at your worst and then take even a closer look, if You are there for yourself. Life🦋
Hello from upside down👋🏻
‘Satya’ One of the Yamas (first code of conduct) in yoga sutras.
Honesty is the best gift you can give to your integrity and character. The worst is when you lie to yourself. The moment you start living your truth, the moment peace finds you.
For everything else, there is the law of Karma🙏🏼
Learnings from life, that none can escape.
Most of us know how to do a traditional Surya Namaskar but many of us don’t know how to do an Ashtanga style Surya Namaskar A & B.
Did you know that surya namaskars (even the traditional style) was a later addition to Yoga and wasn’t a part of the classical Hatha yoga poses initially.
Something new to know;) Yoga is vast and has been adapted and refashioned according to changing needs and times.

While practicing yoga can be a stress releasing activity, however; moving from one pose to the other where you’re using your hands more often can create stress on your wrists. Specially when your daily activity or workout regime doesn’t involve movements based on transferring weight on your hands. Even simple poses like a downward dog or a plank pose can be sometimes strainful to the wrists, let alone trying hard core arm balances.
Long story short, it always helps to warm up specific body parts before you begin your class and in accordance to what you’re going to focus on, in that particular practice.
So here you go! Wrist rehab for anyone who needs to strengthen their wrists.
Lemme know if y’all would wanna see more warm up videos on other specific areas of the body.

Life is so much more!
For the sake of humanity, live with kindness.
`Tight Hamstrings’ is one of the most common concerns for people, specially if the body is less flexible. Starting with these basic dynamic moves can really help in opening those tight hamstring muscles. Try it:)

Gentle corrections for Warrior One, a pose which most of us practice in regular yoga classes.
Strengthens legs, ankles, shoulders, arms & back. Stretches the hips, the spine, the arms & the back.
