I celebrate you my husband, friend and partner in life. To see you become not just a Dad but Super-Dad makes me so emotional and fills me with joy. Yes, yes, it’s true. One year ago I married this gorgeous man of my dreams. No, we were not keeping it a secret or anything. We were simply just enjoying life and happily shared the news with anyone who asked.
@coryt and I believe so much in balancing spontaneity with just the right amount of planning. One day it felt so right and so genuinely aligned that we decided we wanted to make it official. This felt so special and fun and let’s be honest… it reflected the time in our world just perfectly! The Honda centre has a whole new meaning in our lives now.😍
Postpartum is a sacred period of time in a new mom’s life. Somehow it doesn’t get the attention it needs and deserves and this leads to so many women feeling lost, confused and overwhelmed. As I prepare for this experience myself, I feel so relieved to have the information and knowledge and tangible solutions, I have been able to gather from the @thisis.anya army of experts to make this journey a lot smoother and also special. We can’t wait to share more of this with you. Mamas, we deserve every bit of support during our healing and “lying-in” period. You are not asking for anything unusual or abnormal during this sacred time in your life and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. See link in bio to learn more.

Today I’m highlighting the @pharmfoundationtrust for their amazing work in supporting transgender individuals with COVID-19 relief and year around. The Pharm Foundation is a charitable trust founded and run by transgender social worker M Nila. Along with a group of volunteers, Nila is gathering emergency rations for transgender individuals who have been hit by the disastrous second wave of COVID-19 in Chennai. Carried out through their own transgender community volunteers, the foundation hopes to give dry rations to 1,000 community members living in the regions of Chengalpattu and Kanchipuram. So grateful and excited for this partnership with eOne Entertainment. Women make up one-half of our world so to be given the support and platform to tell some of their stories through my company Freebird Films feels incredible. I feel lucky that I will play my small part in rewriting the way the female narrative will be reclaimed and shaped in history. Today I’d like to take the time to highlight a joint collaboration between @globalindiafund and @samhitadotorg who are working hard in implementing an emergency initiative for rapid and equitable distribution of vaccines to low-income and marginalized communities across India. For every $12 raised; a full vaccination, mask, and nutrition package will be distributed to someone in need in India.
