My sister and I, about seven or so years ago, were training for the London marathon. I discovered I was pregnant a couple of months before and after much deliberating decided not to run (hence this pose by both of us). Juliet went for it and we cheered her on!!! She got the running bug and did quite a few big runs all over the place including another London marathon in 2019. November 30th 2019 our dear Juliet died on an adventure trip in Argentina. I’ve always wanted to go the whole way round the London loop. Today I’m gonna be starting at the first official stretch from Erith Station for an 8m jog. If anyone at all fancies joining me to remember loved ones, i’ll be leaving Erith station at 2pm and heading to Bexley station. I’ll be continuing on the round trip over the year as the last stretch begins down the back of our old family house, which I went along last year for the same reason. Maybe see you soon! Xx

Here’s me holding the 150 year old programme from the first ever performance @royalalberthall we got from their archives. Using some of the words from that first ever performance I improvised a piece in the empty hall to celebrate their 150 year anniversary with a few people from the venue, Scout and some of my team in the ‘audience’. A few days ago, I improvised a voice and piano piece featuring some words taken from the first ever performance at the @royalalberthall on that same very same day 150 years ago to celebrate their momentous birthday. #RAH150 I felt deeply honoured to be able to play in the beautiful empty Hall that I love so dearly. I couldn’t live without Glover. I use it in every performance for lighting, in improv and with my @experiencevolta set…and when I’m writing now too.
