My new documentary, Gypsy Queen & Proud is coming out next week on @bbcthree! I really am incredibly proud of this piece of work – and I can’t wait to let you all in a little deeper. This is about a community so close to my heart and my life, it’s about overcoming obstacles, challenging my own authenticity within communities, and I hope everyone can get something positive from this. I can’t thank everyone involved enough… it was a RIDE! I want to talk so much about it all, but for now… @BBCthree ‘s Cherry Valentine: Gypsy Queen and Proud will be available on @BBCiPlayer from Tuesday 25th January. It will also air live on BBC Three on 1st February when the channel returns to television screens! 💕

Happy 1 year anniversary since the cast announcement for Drag Race UK Season 2! When we were shooting this, I don’t think I was prepared for how much my life would change – it’s no understatement saying everything has changed! A year ago I was doing drag for £30 a night on the side, nursing full time, in a long term relationship, living in a small town, and struggling with who I was. Now I live in London, growing every day with acceptance for myself, my single heart is healing, and drag has allowed me to work toward opportunities that I will be eternally thankful for; and I will be forever humbled by the constant support from every single person I’ve met and who has ever been kind along the way, thank you. The best things happen outside of our comfort zones.❤️ @dragraceukbbc @bbcthree

Never get comfortable colouring inside the lines… 💭 If you break it down, it’s pretty simple. We’re born, we live our lives, we feel, we learn, we grow, we connect. But sometimes along the way, we can get lost. Recently, I’ve was lost; and it was something I’d been aware of for quite some time… Over the last few weeks/months, things have happened in my life that have really made me put things into even more perspective, even more than usual (I am a constant over-analyser!). We’re not here long on this tiny Little Rock floating through space in the middle of an ever expanding universe. So why put so much pressure on the time we have here? The answer is simple, don’t. ♥️
