Building back. Love the quiet, rainy day laps. I’m looking forward to starting my rehab and training program in November with @tompaulrandall and @latticetraining. Now seems like as good a time as any to hire my first proper coach since I was like 15! Last thing I want to do is have a setback on the road back to full strength.

When we started this project of building a ground up climbing gym for my home town, my punchline was “As long as this doesn’t take as long as the Dawn Wall, I’ll be happy.” Well, the joke is on me! By the time we open, it will have taken just as long haha. The response to our founding membership drive has made the process worth every minute.
