Thirty feels exciting. Promising. Freeing. What I learned works from my 20s:
Your body is the gateway to your mind. That means eating well & supplementing appropriately.
Once you do that, work things out in your mind. Mentally solve your problems, envision the journey, the resolutions, and the outcomes. Then get to work.
Dream as big as your soul possibly can. Believe it’s achievable because IT IS.
Do not put a time stamp on your dreams.
Expect nothing from no one.
Work smart and hard. This is important. Most people tell you to work harder than everyone to be successful but this is only true if you’re working smarter too.
Do few things but be the best at them.
One good friend is worth a hundred. Put effort into the relationships worth keeping. Lifelong friends will be there no matter how much time passes by.
Your value is not determined by others, it’s determined by you. Do not settle.
Make the best decisions you possibly can & accept the outcome. Learn from them.
This last one is the hardest & is directly correlated to the first. DO NOT spend time on negative emotions/thinking. Anger, resentment, jealousy, greed, self-loathing. These are vices for a reason. Allow yourself and others around you to make mistakes. You are human & you can achieve anything. Aegean Sea
