मैंने ये news पढ़ी कि कैसे doctors जो विद्रोह कर रहे थे health minister के घर के सामने उनको delhi police ने मारा पिता। परंतु Delhi police का कहना है कि उन्होंने ऐसा कुछ नहीं किया।डॉक्टरों की organisation ने कहा कि वो अपनी सेवाएँ कुछ दिनों के लिए रद्द कर देंगे क्योंकि उनके सहकर्मियों को delhi police ने पीटा। अब उनके protest का कारण क्या था ये मुझे नहीं पता मगर ये news मैंने पढ़ी तो मुझे सिर्फ़ इतना ही कहना है कि delhi police को शांतिपूर्वक विद्रोहियों को पीटना नहीं चाहिए। मगर अगर वो विद्रोही CAA protest की तरह delhi को जला रहे थे तो उन्हें पीटना जायज़ है मगर शांतिपूर्वक विद्रोह करने वालों को पीटना ग़लत है। #payalrohatgi

Naseeruddin Shah का एक interview देखा जहाँ पे वो बड़ी अजीबोगरीब इतिहास की बात कर रहे थे।वो कह रहे हैं इस video में की Mughal भारत में refugee बनकर आए थे और उन्होंने Bharat ke संगीत, और संस्कृति सब में योगदान दिया है इसलिए मुगलों से नफ़रत नहीं करनी चाहिए 😂
मुझे तो सिर्फ़ इतना ही कहना है कि अगर मुगलों की यह सोच थी तो Taliban जो Afghanistan में सरकार बनाकर बैठा है उसे गाने और नाचने से इतनी नफ़रत क्यों है ?? Bharat में अगर हम मुग़लों को शरण नहीं देते तो हमारी औरतों का बलात्कार नहीं होता और प्रजा का जबरन धर्म परिवर्तन नहीं होता।
Naseer जी के ऊपर कोई निजी टिप्पणी न करकर सिर्फ़ इतना ही कहना है अगर ये उनकी सोच है तो मुझे उनकी सोच पर कुछ कहना ही नहीं है । जिन मुग़लों की वजह से Bharat का बँटवारा हुआ क्योंकि Bharat ke अंदर hindu/ muslim शुरू हो गया वो मुगलों का समर्थन नसीरुद्दीन शाह कर रहे हैं ।

मैंने मुंबई में अपनी building के AGM meeting को zoom link से attend किया। ये बात साबित हो जाती है इस meeting को attend करने से की जिसके pass भी zoom का link है वो इस meeting को attend कर सकता है। रही बात राय देने की तो कोई भी zoom के chat box में member के ghar से राय भी दे सकता है क्योंकि chat box में कौन type कर रहा है यह दिख भी सकता है और नहीं भी। Member के घर से कोई भी परिवार वाला type कर सकता है। ये बाद में इस लिए स्पष्ट कर रही हूँ क्योंकि Bharat में इतने साल पुराने अंगरेजो के क़ानून बदलने चाहिए और covid के बाद online interactions ज़्यादा होने के कारण बहुत कुछ change करने कि ज़रूरत है यह society के क़ानून में।

आज मैं आपके साथ बात करना चाहती हूँ कैसे अगर आपके ख़िलाफ़ कोई case दर्ज हो जाता है तो उसको handle कैसे करना चाहिए। अगर वो case को हाईकोर्ट से आप Quash कराना है तो highcourt में quashing petition डालनी होगी और अगर आप High court से उसे quash नहीं कराना चाहते हैं तो Trial court में आपको discharge application file करके उस case को ख़त्म करने का प्रयास करना होगा।
साथ साथ में chargesheet file होने के बाद और court का role शुरू हो जाता है और police का role ख़त्म हो जाता है।Chargesheet file होने के बाद परंतु charges frame होने से पहले आप high court की quashing petition होने के साथ साथ magistrate के सामने trial court में discharge application file कर सकते हैं। क़ानून जानना बहुत ज़्यादा ज़रूरी है क्योंकि क़ानून की रक्षा करने वाले वकीलों को ही क़ानून के बारे में ज़्यादातर ख़बर नहीं होती। #payalrohatgi

अब बात करते हैं की कैसे FREE शब्द का इस्तेमाल doctors की dictionary में भी होता है। कुछ doctors FREE में सलाह देकर patient के स्वास्थ्य के साथ खेल बैठते हैं और कुछ doctors पैसे लेकर सलाह देने के बावजूद भी patients के स्वास्थ्य के साथ खेल बैठते हैं।
मैंने देखा है कि ज़्यादातर IPS officer जी सरकारी नौकरी और सरकारी औदे पर होते हैं वो लोग FREE में doctors से, restaurant वाले से सबसे फ़ायदा उठाना चाहते हैं जी ग़लत है क्योंकि ये सरकारी कर्मचारि collaboration नहीं कर रहे हैं।
आजकल social media collaboration होती है जहां पर भी FREE में कुछ नहीं होता। परंतु कुछ brands समझते हैं की FREE में collaboration हो रही है तो यह एक ग़लत फ़ैमि है। Instagram जी एक अंतरराष्ट्रीय platform है वहाँ पर कोई collaboration FREE नहीं होती क्योंकि जब अलग अलग लोग इस platform पर एक दूसरे के साथ जुड़ते हैं तो इसे BARTER collaboration कहना चाहिए नहीं FREE । भारत में अभी भी अलग अलग सोच के log रहते हैं जी एक बात को अलग अलग तरीक़े से समझते हैं इसलिए शायद इस FREE शब्द का दुरुपयोग बहुत जगह होता है, बोहोत व्यवसाय से जुड़े हुए लोगों द्वारा। #payalrohatgi
आज मैं आपके साथ FREE शब्द का कैसे प्रयोग किया जाता है उसे अलग अलग तरीक़े से समझाना चाहती हूँ । सबसे पहले FREE शब्द का प्रयोग नेता करते हैं जब कोई चुनाव आने वाला होता है और कहते हैं कि अगर जनता उन्हें चुनती है तो वो FREE बिजली, FREE अनाज, FREE राशन ये सब देंगे ।अगर वो सत्ता में आ जाते हैं तो उन्हें अपना वादा पूरा करना पड़ेगा और अगर वो नहीं करते तो फिर वो खुद जनता के सामने ग़लत साबित हो जाएंगे। मगर इस पूरे प्रतिक्रिया में वो भारतीय taxpayer मारा जाता है जिसे यह सब चीजें नहीं मिलती।
दूसरा उदाहरण है वकीलों का। वकील चाहते है की उनको मुँह बोली रक़म मिले उनसे सलाह लेने के लिए। परंतु पैसे देकर भी दी गयी सलाह शायद सही नहीं हो सकती है। साथ में उन्हें chai paani के लिए पैसा चाहिए क्योंकि उनके अनुसार chai paani दिये बिना court से file नहीं निकल सकती जी ग़लत है क्योंकि Bharat के संविधान ने court को सर्वोच स्थान दिया है और अगर वहाँ भ्रष्टाचार घुस गया तो मज़ाक़ है लोकतंत्र का। परंतु जब वकील FREE में सलाह देते हैं तो वो सलाह भी कभी कभार ग़लत ही निकलती है क्योंकि ज़्यादातर वकील अपने आपको update नहीं करना चाहता। ज़ो वकील FREE में ग़लत सलाह देते हैं क्या उनके ऊपर करवायी नहीं होनी चाहिए client को गुमराह करने के लिए ???? मैं बहुत सारे वकीलों के साथ interact कर रही हूँ चाहे वो trial court के हो या high court के हो। छोटे शहर का वकील समझता है कि उसे मुंबई के court के वकील के समान fees मिलनी चाहिए परंतु उसे तो क़ानून भी नहीं पता होते है। भारत के court को वकील की fee structure की public घोषणा करनी चाहिए भ्रष्टाचार निकलने और FREE wale angle को निकालने के लिए ।
