I’m not very religious but I always say a little prayer on fight day by my bed before I leave for the arena.
I never pray that I win, I always just ask that my opponent and I have a crazy, bloody, exciting fight that the crowd love and that neither of us get badly hurt.
I am going to give this all I have, thanks for the support all these years and I’ll see you all in there 👊🏼

I’m sorry everyone, I have been forced to withdraw from my next fight due to a fractured rib I suffered during my preparation. I’m absolutely devastated.
I have been pretty banged up the past year with other injuries and my last few camps have been a struggle, I think I need to take this latest one as a sign I need to take a little time to get healthy.
I have surgery on an old injury I have wanted to get done for some time scheduled for March 1st, I am going to make this time off count.
The last time I took a little bit of downtime to get my body right was before I fought Ryan Scope here in Dublin….
This whole thing is a tough pill to swallow but I guarantee you one thing…
The Showstopper will be back with a vengeance this year ⚔️
