This tax-exempt “religion” will stop at nothing to cover up the truth & lure people into its criminal cult.

Dancing has brought so many wonderful friends into my life and in addition, dancing also improves my mood. Leah Remini Instagram – We put so much pressure on ourselves; I know I do. I always have a feeling that I am failing someone or something, and the truth is, I probably am. We can’t be all things to all people all of the time. Some things will need to take the back burner for a time for us to focus on something else more important for the moment. Sometimes that more important thing is our own well-being and mental health (which should always be our priority). If that means you don’t do a dang thing on a particular day because that’s the best way to take good care of yourself, then just tell yourself that you did well by doing right by you.

To understand trauma bonding, I found this book, “The Betrayal Bond”, by Dr. Patrick Carnes, to be heartbreaking and revealing.
This book helped to answer questions as to why someone would stay in any sort of abusive relationship (romantic, friendship, a cult) and be exploited and manipulated.
